Clay Date - Creative clay experience in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg
Looking for a spontaneous, creative thing to do in Berlin? Our Clay Date is a relaxed, self-guided handbuilding session you can drop into with no planning, no experience, and no pressure — perfect for couples, friends, families, parents with kids, or a fun mother-daughter outing.
How it works:
- Book a table for two for up to 2 hours
- Get settled with clay, tools, and a beginner-friendly instruction booklet covering a range of handbuilding techniques - it's easy to follow even if you've never touched clay before
- Make a cup, a vase, a bowl or anything you want!
- We take care of the glazing and kiln firing
- Come back to collect your finished pieces in around 3–5 weeks
€55 per person - all materials, glazing, and firing included.
Instruction booklets are available in English and German.
Not a pottery wheel class. Our clay date is all about handbuilding - working intuitively with your hands to pinch, coil, and shape clay into something that's entirely your own. No wheel, no previous experience with ceramics needed.
Walk-ins are welcome! The dates you see listed online are just a selection - we have availability throughout the week. If you're nearby and feeling spontaneous, just pop in, or get in touch to check same-day availability.
